Self Management Courses

 

 

Many people believe that arthritis pain and osteoporosis is an inevitable part of ageing and that nothing can be done to help. The truth is that plenty can be done to improve the quality and enjoyment of life.

 

Arthritis WA and Osteoporosis WA offer a series of Self Management Courses that provide people with the skills, knowledge and confidence to manage and control their arthritis and osteoporosis.

• Challenge Your Arthritis
• OAK (Osteoarthritis of the Knee)
• Inflammatory Arthritis Program

 

These 6 to 8 week courses are held throughout the state in various locations and are conducted by health professionals and trained course leaders who provide a supportive and caring environment for participants.

 

Course prices are kept to a minimum and include light refreshments and partners are also welcome to attend.
