This educational session for Health Professionals, titled “Managing Chronic Pain – Including Medicinal Cannabis” is proudly on offer by Arthritis & Osteoporosis WA to enhance your understanding of treatment strategies for people living with chronic pain.
Hosted at the Mantra Bunbury Lighthouse in Bunbury, this event aims to inform health professionals with up-to-date insights into the field of pain management, with a particular focus on the integration of medicinal cannabis.
Dr. Joe Kosterich, a respected authority in medical practice and a prominent advocate for innovative health solutions, will lead this session. He will discuss the multifaceted nature of chronic non-cancer pain, along with the role of medicinal cannabis in it’s management. The session will also feature an interactive Q&A with Dr. Joe Kosterich.
Participants will benefit from detailed discussions on the following key learning outcomes:
- Understanding Chronic Non-Cancer Pain: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the complex, multifactorial nature of chronic non-cancer pain. This includes exploring the physiological, psychological, and social components that influence pain perception and the overall management of patients.
