We often hear the expression ‘to sleep like a baby’ and for some of us, we wish we could simply roll over in bed and sleep blissfully just like a baby.
In this presentation about sleep Ms Monica Macoun, Psychologist, will look at how our sleep patterns change over time and reveal that ‘sleeping like a baby’ might not necessarily be as good as it sounds. She will also explore things that you can do to improve your sleep and suggest a range of useful strategies you might like to try.
