Program Price: $90
Price Includes:

• One pre-exercise assessment
• 10 warm water classes (one per week)
• One post-exercise assessment
• A report of your exercise progress following completion of the post exercise program assessment

Class Times:

• You can attend an available hydro pool classes, once per week, as part of the program (Please note if you attend more than one class per week, this will incur an additional fee):
• Please speak with AOWA staff to confirm class availability.
