A Clinical Education Seminar for GPs and Health Professionals.
Presented by Melanie Galbraith, APA Pain Physiotherapist - MSc Med (Pain Mgt), BSc (Physio), APAM, with Dr John Quintner, FFPMANZCA, Physician in Rheumatology and Pain Medicine (retired).

Event Information

Musculoskeletal pain management is currently undergoing a quiet revolutionMedicines and interventional techniques are limited in their effectiveness and are being replaced by self-management strategies emphasising whole person engagement.

Learning Objectives:

  • Highlight the importance of the clinical engagement in patient care.
  • Understand how to engage in sound ethical discourse between clinican and patient.
  • Understand the benefits of inter-professional involvement.

Target Audience: GPs and Health Professionals. 

CPD points: RACGP Accredited Category 2 (2pts per hour).

A light lunch will be provided.
