When you live with arthritis, connecting with others in your community can help you feel heard, understood, and supported through every step of your journey.

Beginning 9th April, the group will gather on the 2nd Thursday of each month, from 10:00 am to 11:30 am.
Venue details will be shared once registration is received.

This friendly, peer‑led group provides a welcoming space to:

• Talk with others who understand life with arthritis
• Share ideas, tips, and personal experiences
• Build confidence and regain a sense of independence
• Enjoy companionship and mutual encouragement

The Albany group will be facilitated by a trained volunteer leader who also lives with an arthritis condition and understands the challenges firsthand.
