This friendly, peer‑led group provides a welcoming space to:
- Talk with others who understand life with arthritis
- Share ideas, tips, and personal experiences
- Build confidence and regain a sense of independence

The Albany group will be facilitated by a trained volunteer leader who also lives with an arthritis condition and understands the challenges firsthand.
