Albany Arthritis Support Group

When you live with arthritis, connecting with others in your community can help you feel heard, understood, and supported through every step of your journey.
Come along to our Albany social/support group, for anyone with arthritis.

Meets 2nd Thursday of each month, from 10:00 am to 11:30 am.

Venue: Three Anchors Restaurant, 2 Flinders Parade, Middleton Beach WA 6330

This friendly, peer‑led group provides a welcoming space to:

  • Talk with others who understand life with arthritis
  • Share ideas, tips, and personal experiences
  • Build confidence and regain a sense of independence
  • Enjoy companionship and mutual encouragement

People who attend similar groups often speak about how much it has helped them:

“Joining a support group has been motivating and uplifting. Hearing how others manage their condition gives me strength.” – Kerry

“Everyone brings something valuable — whether it’s advice, comfort, or a good conversation. I’ve learned so many practical tips that have made daily life easier.” – Suzie

The Albany group will be facilitated by a trained volunteer leader who also lives with an arthritis condition and understands the challenges firsthand.
