Please note that refunds are granted under two specific conditions:

AOWA Class Cancellation: In the event that AOWA cancels a class, you are eligible for a refund.
Extreme, Extenuating Circumstances: AOWA has a strict no refund policy. If participants believe they have extreme, extenuating circumstances they must provide details in writing in this form for review. AOWA will endeavour to respond in 5 working days. Short term-medical reasons, illness, conflicting commitments are NOT considered extreme, extenuating circumstances and no refund will be granted.
