Event Overview
Arthritis & Osteoporosis WA invites health professionals to a FREE educational evening in Kalgoorlie.
Led by local rheumatologists, this session will explore key clinical updates and practical management for rheumatoid arthritis, gout and osteoporosis.
This interactive session includes a live Q&A and will be delivered over a plated two-course dinner in a relaxed environment.
Meet the Presenters
Dr Ai Tran: Rheumatoid Arthritis – Rheumatologist with clinical and research experience, trained at major WA tertiary hospitals. Focuses on inflammatory arthritis and autoimmune conditions, with a strong interest in applying research to patient care.
Dr. Tafere Berhane: Osteoporosis – Senior rheumatologist with extensive experience in inflammatory disease and dermatology. Former consultant at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, now practising in the private sector.
Dr. Chanakya Sharma: Gout – Perth-trained rheumatologist with a focus on holistic care. Active in professional leadership and education, with experience across major tertiary centres.
