Pilates uses more than 500 exercises to teach participants awareness of their bodies leading to boosted strength, stability and mobility in daily life. Classes are run by a qualified instructor with knowledge and experience of inflammatory and osteo arthritis.

This talk will show that there are strategies that can help with these tasks with less pain and fatigue.Dave will cover the various types of splints that can be employed and provide advice to the audience relating to their personal
circumstances.
