8-Week Hydro Block Period: Mon 26 August to Fri 18 October 2024

Registration Details:

• Casual hydro block registrations for this period can be purchased from 26th August 2024.
• This registration gives you 8 casual tickets at a discounted rate.
• Booking is still required.
• Booking a place in your preferred timeslot is subject to availability. A casual attendance registration does not guarantee you a space in your preferred timeslot.
• You must reserve a place in a hydro session prior to attendance (by phone 08 9388 2199 or in person at AOWA reception).
• Walkins to the hydro pool (with no booking) will not be granted access to a session.
• Must be used within the current block Mon 26 August – Fri 18 October 2024. Unused tickets cannot be credited or carried over to the next block.
• Non-refundable
• All sessions are led by exercise instructors with a minimum Certificate III in Fitness/Group Exercise.

Registration Requirements: AOWA’s hydrotherapy pool is available to those who have a musculoskeletal condition (e.g. any form of arthritis). Participants registering are required to answer 6 short health related questions.  These questions are part of a validated screening test which will help to ensure that participants can safely engage in their exercise.
To successfully complete registration, you must confirm your musculoskeletal condition, and either:

• Answer ‘No’ to all 6 questions (numbered 1 – 6) OR
• Gain clearance from your GP/medical specialist PRIOR to participation in exercise if you have answered ‘Yes’ to one or more of the questions numbered 1 – 6
• Agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined below.
